Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Nimo Global Matchmaking.
By registering, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Services

We offer:

  • Personal relationship mediation

  • Relationship coaching

Our services include:

  • Intake interviews

  • Creating a personal profile

  • Searching for suitable partners

  • Match suggestions

We are not a public dating platform or dating app.

Intake and acceptance

  • After registration, an intake interview will follow.

  • We discuss your background, wishes, and expectations.

  • Based on this, we decide whether to accept the assignment.

We may refuse a registration if:

  • There is no realistic chance of successful mediation

  • Your behavior does not align with our values

Packages and introductions

  • The current packages and rates are listed on our website.

  • An introduction is a carefully selected match.

  • We only share information about candidates within agreed limits.

  • You always decide for yourself whether you want to get acquainted.

Once the agreed number of introductions has been reached and no relationship has been established, the process ends.
We can offer follow-up packages at a discount in consultation with you.
There is no guarantee that a relationship will be established or will continue.

Duration of the process

  • The duration depends on the package (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months).
    The term starts after:

    • Written confirmation

    • Receipt of payment

Rates and payment

  • Rates are listed on the website and in the quote.

  • Payment is made in advance

  • Once we start performing the service, no refund is possible, unless we seriously fail to meet our obligations.

  • Payment via available methods such as card payment or bank transfer

Client obligations

You:

  • Provides accurate information

  • Report important changes (new relationship, moving, etc.)

  • Treats suggested matches respectfully

  • Keep your promises

Inappropriate, threatening, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate termination without refund.

Confidentiality

  • We treat your information confidentially

  • Data is only shared with potential matches when necessary.

  • You must also treat information about matches confidentially.

Liability

  • We work carefully but do not guarantee results.

  • We are not liable for the actions of matches or third parties.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Termination by client

Termination can be done via email.
No refunds during an ongoing package, as most of the work takes place in advance.

Termination by Nimo Global Matchmaking

We may terminate the agreement in the event of:

  • Repeated disrespectful behavior

  • Harassment, threats, or unsafe behavior

  • Providing incorrect or withholding essential information

No refunds in these cases.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
